  • Cut-off time: 17:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam) (Mon - Fri)
  • Processing time: 1-4 business days (Mon - Fri)
  • Transit time: 6-10 business days (Mon - Fri)

Free Shipping within Europe

All orders within Europe are shipped free of charge. There are no additional costs associated with the delivery of your order.


Order Tracking

Customers will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once their order has been shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the delivery status here.


Lost or Missing Packages

If a package is not delivered or goes missing, please contact our customer service immediately. We will work with our carriers to investigate the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement shipment or a refund. For more details, please review our Return and Refund Policy here.


Not Home at Delivery

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt a second delivery or leave the package at a nearby pickup point. You will receive a notification with instructions on where and when you can collect your package.


Refusing Delivery

If you refuse a delivery at the time of arrival, the return shipping costs will be at your expense.
